      Pros

      Fine place good people good machines good computers so-so benefits and all the hours you want and then some

      Cons

      No wage increase for 6 years and major cost increases to employees for health insurance that is getting worse every contract

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
