Pros
Lots of great people. Will give the people in HR kudos for hiring some really good people. Most managers are good to work for and really care about their staff. Benefits are or were really great.
Cons
Company is going down hill. From the corporate office to the downstream people are in fear for their careers. The company projects big dreams and ends up falling on its face. This is year after year. The Exec management team made some really bad decisions over the past 5 years and the entire company is now in jeopardy. It's seems like most of NA is for sale. Even the ones that used to be profitable are faltering. The exec management is really good at motivating you to keep working hard and then saying that it wasn't enough so now we have to lay off more people. There mantra in 2016 was "do more with better" and yet they continue to lose. They cut the bonus structure. They cut people. They cut, cut, cut yet did nothing to innovate the production lines. Sad.
