      Pros

      A great place to collect a paycheck, but basically a horrible place to work.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities, constant layoffs, more interested in trimming costs than investing in people or the business. Unrealistic goals, and only average performers left.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
