During my tenure at Gepp Solicitors, I had the pleasure of witnessing and partaking in remarkable transformations within the firm, which have lead to a more modern and friendly working environment. The investment in modernising the physical workspace is evident with new offices which contain hybrid workstations for staff and state of the art meeting rooms and AV equipment. Partners both new and old are approachable, friendly and genuine which now reflects the wider culture of the firm. The firm has transitioned from relying on its past success to now confidently standing on its own as a modern, self-sustaining entity
Cons
Decision-making can be slow, causing project delays. Some are hesitant to take risks and prefer others make decisions. Older work methods linger, with processes yet to be modernised, adhering to a 'that's the way it's always been done' mentality. However, it is gradually improving which is reducing these remnants.
