This job has a lot of "great" perks but don’t let that steer your judgement. This is all to mask the underlying issues that the company has. It is evident that this company is family run and plays favourites... it truly is not about what you know. The corporate flat structure that the company prides itself on no longer exists and there are multiple layers to the company. The company constantly hires massively which is a red flag due to the large growth. I began this job already on the fence about the place and the culture and boy should I have stuck with my gut instinct. I thought the issues mentioned were just with Las Vegas but it is the whole company. The hiring process is the most intense of anywhere I have ever worked and they will leave you guessing up until your first day. The HR team was without a doubt the worst HR team I have interacted with, they are not professional whatsoever. As you can see from other reviews this place needs a lot of work. This is a great place if you have never worked anywhere in a professional setting before but other then that STEER CLEAR. The salary is much lower then industry standard and there is no consistency among salary. Any of the overtime that is done does not matter and you will not get in lieu or paid out for it. The people are very cliquey and you will likely find it hard to fit in. There isn't a real integration among other employees and you will often feel excluded as it isn't the most welcoming environment., Expectations are clearly not set out and you are expected to do things outside of your role. Promises are often made and not held on to. This place is not a place where you will have a career. If you are looking for a career go elsewhere. The company has way too many growing pains.
