      I don't see any pro's to working for Compass Group.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits. Little sick pay. Minimum holliday entiltlement. Work all Christmas and bank holidays. On less pay than NHS.

      somewhat flexible. requires little to no brains

      Cons

      horrible management, working with felons, everyone is entitled, schedule is all over the place, pay poorly, long hours, bad food
