Pros
My favourite thing about working at Georgette Packaging is the team's ability to take feedback to heart. We are constantly improving and it truly feels like the entire team works together to better the company processes. I've never worked in a setting where change is implemented as quickly as it is here at Georgette. I joined during the COVID pandemic and the team was incredibly welcoming and accommodating in getting me trained and onboarded quickly. It's a small team that is very supportive - not just at work, but supports you in all aspects of your life! I'm so glad to have met this group of people. I have found opportunities to grow at Georgette. My superiors encourage me to go out of my comfort zone while providing the resources I need to do this! I'm so proud to work for Georgette and I feel so fortunate to have found this company. :)
Cons
I haven't experienced many negative aspects of working at Georgette Packaging. The office can get a bit loud, but that's what headphones are for! And I'd muuuch prefer that to a quiet, stuffy office. :)
