Pros
Universities are great to work for; this one is no exception and many bosses seem to truly care about their employees.
Cons
Decisions are made university-wide, whereas it may be more helpful to compartmentalize them - not all departments are equal. As with many (all?) universities, staff is treated differently than faculty.
