Pros
The people and the community are amazing and supportive. Generally worked only 40 hours a week. The 401k benefits are great for faculty.
Cons
Georgetown's bureaucracy is notorious for being a bit difficult and slowing things down (think getting expenses approved, paper work filed, reserving rooms, etc.). I also benefitted from being at an institute that was able to provide more flexibility in offering work from home and holidays than other offices (from what I was told).
