Pros
People are fun, you can have a good time chatting with your coworkers. That's about it.
Cons
-Management will literally call you names when you bring up concerns. -You constantly work long hours with no additional compensation. -Will change your job duties randomly, differing from the initial job you interviewed for, and you can't decline those changes. No additional compensation for added duties. -"Promotions" are under-the-table, affecting only your work, but not your title, so they can avoid giving raises. They tell you you're amazing for taking on extra work, but don't compensate you for it. -Manager constantly interrupts and talks over you and will not listen when you speak. Can barely even get out a sentence without being steamrolled. -Senior mgmt is cliquey. Feels like you can't approach HR with concerns without facing retaliation from your direct supervisor. -Labor is outsourced overseas, to a company with incompetent training, yet understaffed and overworked in the main office. -Misleading about advancement opportunities. -Most workers are 1099, so the company can avoid paying benefits. VERY strict expectations of its contractors, without proper benefits or compensation.
