Pros
A good domain. The financial domain they are dealing with is really cool. No dress code.
Cons
A lot of micromanagement. They don't trust you. CCTV surveillance is there and they use the footage to rate you. Freshers are made to sign bond for two years which they can delay saying your training period is not over. And for good ratings you should be buttering the boss, then even if you are not doing any work you will get good appraisals. Also you should agree with whatever blunder the "manager" is saying. To survive you should lose your spine. No proper HR structure.
