Need some shakeups - Anonymous employee Geode Capital Management Employee Review

As some people pointed out already, Geode is not Fidelity, so build Geode culture. Management is mixed bag - should improve transparency, communication and accountability. Good technology team, some folks need additional job training. HR must address groupism and gossiping. Internal auditors are basically useless, perhaps go back to school or something to learn basics of auditing.
