"We're NOT Fidelity!" Well, yes you are. Policies, platforms, data centers - all Fidelity. Revolving door at the C-level, and all incoming are from Fidelity. Some have decided that leading through fear and intimidation is the way to go. HR has no say in the way employees are treated. If the C-Level doesn't like you, or they just want to move salaries from column A to column B, and you're in column A, you're screwed. Extremely manipulative. Some pretty underhanded goings-on there.
