Good pay, good benefits, some interesting work

Little to no job stability, they don’t honor contracts either and will freely break them to fire someone, knowing we are all remote workers and have no protections. They don’t payout accrued holiday pay. Constant mismanagement of projects and goal shifting. Unrealistic expectations of employees and what fits within their job description. Lastly there’s a high turnover rate with whole departments being fired at the drop of a hat

I like working at GeoTech BV. Since the day I joined, they have shown care about people; the team is amazing. I feel professionally challenged and supported in my growth. A fully remote company with zero bureaucracy is what I was looking for. We had a Team Event in Amsterdam fully covered by the company. My time with GeoTech is my warmest memory related to the company. These guys are amazing. My true love!

I can't say that I don't like something. Everything is great. I feel very comfortable.
