Pros

- Company truck provided - No time sheets required - Flexible schedules - Remote work/work from home is the standard - Interesting projects

Cons

- They make you share hotel rooms with your coworkers. - They expect you do sacrifice anything to get the job done. - Expectations of the job are not clear. Tough to define what "success" is other than "work as hard as humanly possible." - Promises by management are not always kept. - Company is going through a lot of change right now. Growth is the focus.

Pros

You get to work on some really cool projects all across the country

Cons

Too many to list. But a few significant cons are that they took a small company where everyone was treated like family to a corporate controlled and managed hell hole. Cutting costs at every corner and not replacing talented engineers that left. They wont give pay raises and they would rather see you quit than give you a needed raise.
