You get paid on time. That's about it.
Cons
Very clingy superficial and high strung groups of people that gossip, snap/yell and back stab you on all levels. Management do not get along with each other, so there is much in fighting, UNETHICAL and deceitful behaviour to make a sale happen. They do anything for a sale to appease the HQ Texas gripping monsters. Extremely closed minded. They look out to fire people, instead of giving them better training or promoting within. Training is awful. Procedures are different from the US and Canada. So if you get trained or receive advice by someone from the US it is useless, because the US have no clue how to run the Canadian offices and only train you the way they do it in the US. Waist of time. You will end up doing three peoples worth of work. They will not understand why you have so some much work to do and will not be happy to pay you overtime. They indirectly encourage you to not take your breaks or your full lunch. You will be treated like an 12 year old. The pay is awful. You can only take time off when it is best for the company.
