Pros

Exciting projects with a variety of opportunities.

Cons

The members of the boss’s church have preferential treatment. Completely sexist environment, and I was, on more than one occasion, told that I was only in the field as eye candy. Extremely toxic environment I recently transferred to another office and I’ve had a much better experience overall.

- Competitive Pay and benefits - Interesting projects - diverse team of professionals with good opportunities for mentorship if you seek them - flexible work locations

Cons

- very silo'd. Certain groups are very protective of the work they do and resistant to sharing work/knowledge. - seemingly favors headquartered region to others.
