While the work could have been interesting, the atmosphere of the company was so awful to work for it negated any positives.

Horrible, toxic work environment. No training. No measureable goals ever set, yet was told on a regular basis that goals were not being met. Instead of having any reasonable discussion about work that was being produced, you were screamed at and told what a terrible job you were doing. Bullying runs rampant here, and many people were told they were going to get fired on a regular basis. Frequent management changes, yet the biggest offenders of treating employees unprofessionaly were retained and even PROMOTED! Absolutely the worst place I have ever worked. Many long term employees have quit and many others have been laid off. Do not believe them if they tell you during an interview that things are turning around. It is a horrible, toxic, lousy, awful place to work.
