Pros
Professional training opportunities are good, and they pay for annual certification renewals. As I perform well, I generally am left to work without excessive oversight.
Cons
Upper management has decided that marketing pitches are more important than customer satisfaction. Salary to performance ratios are distorted. Employee seniority is not valued.
