Enviroment of absolutely zero Trust. Management is paranoid about intellectual property theft to an unnecessary extreme, to the point where when they lose a lawsuit with a competitor they point fingers and go on an internal witch hunt, like ignorant medieval peasants.
All many managers not enough actual workers. Actual Workers are overworked severely to the point where it leads to mental and physical health issues. Managment and HR are extremely toxic and joined together as one unit. Anything you say they will document and use against you later or twist on you. They will employ other employees to spy on one another to get dirt on them. Especially targeting the hardest working to control them and get any dirt they can to "protect" themselves when those employees complain or stand up for themselves.
