      Pros

      Really fantastic people who are enthusiastic about the product their customers. The product does a lot of things I've been trying to achieve throughout my career, and it's great to see it in one place.

      Cons

      Being truly international has its challenges, where a unified view of what is needed and how to get there can get lost.

      Pros

      If you want to be the intersection of transportation and digital transformation, and have an actual solution which isn't vapor ware to support, this is a great company. Team has been working together for a long time, and they are super knowledgeable and eager to help you in role.

      Cons

      Some of their back office processes could use some sharpening up - to be expected for a small company, and they are working on them actively.
