Pros

Completely BPO centric, so its good for them. If demand is there good salary is offered. Brand value for BPO resources.

Cons

No monitory benefits on going on site. Night shifts for maximum projects. There are no much IT projects, so its not good company for IT people.

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
