Pros
Sadly, I can't think of any.
Cons
Their MO seems to be strictly partnering with struggling brands or industries, acquiring their workforce, and laying them off as quickly as possible to move operations to offshore, lower-wage labor. If you are unfortunate enough to be transitioned to this company, your days are numbered. They laid off my whole division and strategically calculated release dates to minimize severance and benefits coverage. Career advancement and income growth are virtually impossible, as their policy is to not let you move to higher pay grade opportunities, regardless of your skills, experience, or education. They talk a big game about wanting you to succeed, but they never followed through, seemingly knowing your days were numbered from the start.
