Pros

Great colleagues 8-5 job from Monday to Sunday

Cons

The managers and some TL are micromanaging. No phones allowed and warning letter given if you get caught using phone in the office. No bonus no AWS (only given to selected people). Monthly allowance is not fix (too many criteria to hit). Penalised for taking 14 days Medical Leave (which is our entitlement). No wfh since Oct 2022 Only 14 days Annual Leave and AL is earned by per month basis. Roster is given at last minute and leave are not approved sometimes. Hard to make personal arrangements even 2 weeks before. For urgent childcare leave application, they will expect you to provide documentation even though MOM website mentioned otherwise.

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
