Pros
Decent pay but believe me it’s not guaranteed. There’s a few and I mean a FEW people who are outstanding employees and most of them are trainers.
Cons
The company doesn’t holds its values to high standards. They micro manage you to the point where managers are reprimanding employees on the floor while we are in the middle of calls LOUDLY, they promise you things and gaslight you when it’s time to pay up, mental health is the last thing on their minds especially when all they care about is numbers and pleasing the client..
