Pros
Strong on utilizing six sigma and standardized methodolgy in the BPO vertical market. Strong BPO leader that gives employees good exposure to mutliple industries and fortune 500 companies
Cons
Working for subsidary of Genpact does not allow for the same benefits as corporate. Difficult to have a career path working outside of India. Only the non-value add policies were adopted when aquired by Genpact.
