      Great Leaders with GE heritage, Opportunity to learn process, 6 Sigma and leadership

      Cons

      Mismatch in Leadership and directional styles of BPO and ITO wings. Flawed appraisal system (scorecard!!) in ITO Vis-a-vis robust 9 blocker in old Genpact. Feeling of rejection and neglected by older Genpact employees(ITO) after acquisition.

      AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
