Pros
I enjoyed my co-workers and was able to use the job experience to get a better job elsewhere Most holidays where observed so more time off then usual
Cons
Promotion was given to those in the middle and high performers where kept in lower positions so as not to break the numbers Upper/middle managers had no clue what the day to day looked like and where clueless as to the product being supported. Short term gains where always taken which was always at the expense of the employee All employees where treated as expendable regardless of training time Promotions where infrequent and generally given to friends of those who where promoting Pay was below average Often promised rewards for hitting goals but once the goals where hit the reward never came
