Poor French Managment - Outside Sales Representative Genoyer Group Employee Review

Not a very high volume shop.

It gets really cold inside during the winter.

Being able to work independently. No micromanaging. Decent benefits.

Very small company that does not compensate employees anywhere near market value. French management that lacks any understanding of the American market or industry trends and frankly doesn't care. Vast magnitude of products is imported from China and with the lack of any sales presence they are fighting the negative image left by the previous sales management that few customers liked or trusted. Little to no room for career advancement wither.
