Work Life balance is great. Management is good.

Paid time off accumulates really slow.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Flexible and supportive of employees when reasonable. Clean, comfortable, bright, and spacious work area. They try to foster a feeling of a work family.

Pay feels lacking for how complicated the work can get and how much customer satisfaction is tied to it. Despite their attempt to be inclusive it still very much feels like there are two distinct groups that do not associate very well: The newer folk and the old guard (10+ years). I have seen others complain of nepotism but IMO they are all very capable. It just so happens that one family has a significant presence in the company but that does not in any way impact the advancement of others in this case.
