Pros
Maintenance and upkeep is performed on the building. They give you an hour unpaid lunch break and a used headset for your phone. Some managers are barely there so why not.
Cons
-Tasks that are forced upon you suddenly with unrealistic deadlines. -Employees who are so unqualified that they will only make more work for someone who actually does the work. -Never given tools to succeed, and those that give you are either inadequate, broken, or told you don't need. -High turn over rate. Wasn't always but the last three years it's increased to almost a complete department a year. -Making clients wait because no one but management can approve or have the answer, and they are never available. -The biggest con I could see if the fear of technology. This is supposedly a technology company. Having to print an email you just sent because it's more than fifty words.
