My experience in the SD team (FCM project) was very stressful. 1.The internal SD team was extremely small and heavily dependent on two long-tenured senior members. 2.The application is a legacy system with limited documentation, and there was no proper onboarding/KT for new joiners. 3.Leadership/mentoring support from the long-tenured senior members(6+9years experience) handling the application for years was not helpful for new joiners. 4.Daily standups often turned into long scolding/blame sessions instead of discussing blockers and solutions. 5.New joiners were expected to deliver quickly without support, which created pressure and anxiety. 6.Feedback was often delivered in a personal and disrespectful manner, including taunts and remarks that affected confidence and mental peace. 7.Even leaving after completing mandatory office hours was treated negatively, creating unnecessary pressure and unrealistic expectations. 8.
