Its a company which will give you a platform to show your talent and skills. Happy and flexibilie environment. Employees are highly Experienced and leaders from the market. Working with genie has helped me a lot in growing. My skills are developing here and always get a chance to try new things. Every Saturday we have town hall and its an open platform to discuss anything which helps in breaking the Icebergs within the organization.

People who always complain will never get success. Human being will never be satisfied and will find out bad in everything. Even employees of MNC's also has a talent to find out mistakes and problems with big MNC's, though sharing feedbacks is all together a different thing and using this platform to show the frustration will not going affect to the company. People who find out ways to solve problems in a positive way will always succeed. Also nobody is perfect, so focus on your own being and remove your flaws instead of pointing it on anyone or any company.
