      Genetec is now a huge company, but they still have this « family » feeling.

Top culture in our industry, and direct line to leadership on marquee deals. CEO and founder who is still highly invovled. Supporting leadership cast that are highly engaged.

      Re-orgs have affected team unity but leadership vision is all about culture, transformation and growth.
