      Great Company, Great benefits, Perfect Projects!

      Cons

      Department Team Leads are not necessarily the best of the departments. They need more skills and improve their knowledge to fit in their positions. Also there is no accurate evaluation measurement just based on individual's opinion who are not knowledgeable enough to judge employees.
