Pros
It's tough to see any pros besides their support of remote working
Cons
This place will negatively affect your life. Under-staffed and under-resourced teams means the workload is unrealistic. The business and management expect team members to deliver more than is possible in any given week. They expect employees to commit your life to the job, working well beyond contracted hours. The place is full of broken systems, so you spend all your time putting out fires. Multiple team members have ended up leaving due to stress. No clear progression paths within the business. Management live with their heads in the clouds thinking everything is fine without actually realising how much their teams are struggling. Other parts of the business are rude and act as if they are on the opposing side - COVID has created a terrible working culture. Do not accept a role here - it will drain you.
