the only reason to work at GNS is for the opportunity for career advancement outside of the company

blatent time theft, no compensation for overtime, no bonuses (terminated), taking vacation time is frowned upon, clients dictate work hours, frequent furloughs, layoffs, uncompetitive salaries, general mistreatment by management and clients, unfairness, culture of dishonesty and deception, enjoyment / happiness is frowned upon, no safety from layoffs- your day could be the next no matter what you've done or how well you've done it... you'll find that you can take the abuse or be fired. you'll actually be asked, "do you want to keep your job or not?"
