      Pay is okay It’s a home like atmosphere The Cna’s , Lpn’s and Rn’s care about the residents

      Gossipy employees No communication Doesn’t care about there employees Constant shortage of coworkers due to employees not wanting to deal with the company. The administration team is horrible they talk to you like a child. The boss could care less about her employees or residents at the facility.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
