Not sure how to answer this Company has not give much to brag about.

Upper Management spends company dollars on unnecessary stafff causing lower staff to struggle to achieve appropriate salary ranges for current competitive salaries.No raises since last 3 years but low ball therapist with minimal raises when final increase achieved.
