- Just within my first year, majority of our staff nurses left for reasons such as: -> poor management made even worse by staffing coordinator who could barely do their job. Absolute unprofessionalism, blatant slander and favoritism dictated scheduling and management turned a blind eye. -low base pay, no raises, bonuses, so about 75% of our nurses were travel and paid at a much higher rate
