Cons
HR turnover has been high. Senior management tends to put way too much faith in mid-level managers they have built personal friendships with, turning a blind eye to conduct which is apparent to the rest of the staff. Some managers can't always separate friendships and work relationships with their staff - fairness is an issue in some departments. Also, it can be difficult for talented employees wishing to explore new opportunities to move into other areas of the company. Some departments don't have a good outlook for advancement. Only some positions qualify for bonuses.
