Pros

Many interesting projects. Market is niche. It is very good for new graduates to practice and get involved with a lot of hands on experience.

Cons

Work stressful yet clueless. Owner is too hot tempered. easily changed minded. The projects changes directions all the time. Product quality is very poor. Does not want to spend, yet want to gain everything.

Pros

There is nothing good about this company. I would not recommend this place.

Cons

This company is run by some foreign woman who is verbally abusive and very unprofessional. She would constantly harass her employees and treats them like slaves. She would always create hostility and negatively in the office and bad mouthing behind her employees. She likes to boss people around, yet is clueless with what she is doing and constantly changes her mind, making completing even the simplest task extremely difficult. The senior management in this company is very unprofessional, disorganized, chaotic, and dysfunctional. They do not support its staff and plays favoritism. There was a time when this woman berated, belittled, and humiliated the production manager for asking OT for the laborers in which she refused and proceed to threaten him by saying "I WILL GIVE YOU PRESSURE!" This company will try to get away with anything through gaining off of their employees while offering little in return.
