Great coworkers. A genuine interest in helping each other. The latest products from the company were also somewhat successful, but there are more failures to come.

A punitive performance rating system is applied in the name of a higher standard of performance. Work showcased by loud employees with no real impact is valued over high-quality execution. As a result, the actual low performers can stay in their positions with subpar performance if they know people in the organization. On the other hand, dissent from superiors is penalized heavily, and termination occurs based on dissenting ideas or disagreements.
