Pros
Hard question to answer. Only thing I could think of was the fact that some of the employees were nice. We pretty much had the "tough through this together" mindset which genuinely is not representative of a positive workspace but at least I tried to find something positive.
Cons
Absolutely everything. Working in the customer service department was absolutely detrimental to my well being. There was no responsibility taken by anyone above us ever, and any mistake made resulted in management verbally embarrassing us in front of others when we often had no control over the mishaps that occurred. Management did not understand what "constructive criticism" was. Instead they did their best to knock you down, then continue kicking you for no reason.
