      Job setting is great for the most part.

      Cons

      Constant poor communication especially with updating start dates, Sometimes takes weeks for a response and silence otherwise. Pay could be better as well as a remote work option

      Pros

      Great place to work if you're one of the good ole boys.

      Cons

      Hires people off the street with less experience than current employees and gives them a higher title and more pay. Haven't seen a pay increase in the 3+ years since I started!
