fI really enjoyed the lexibilty, location, however the senior management were too far departed from day to day operations and felt the overwhelming need to direct the programs vectors from little insight.
Cons
The senior level managment lacked vision and constantly tried to increae profits by cutting benefits. This directly impcacted morale and employee well being. Employees of 30 years were let go after 2 weeks being off contract. Hardly the repayment expected for such steadfast loyalty.
