Pros
An amazing mix of companies that allow almost anything to be accomplished in satcom, wind power, and scientific antennas. The company has seen a shift from a majority civilian jobs to a majority governement jobs since 9/11. The company earned a reputation for almost never firing anyone, so a stable place to work. The work culture and values were at a very high level in the recent past, but are dropping.
Cons
Almost none of the upper management's vision is making its way down the chain. If indeed there is a vision. The company has suffered a "brain drain" of the best and brightest moving to other companies. A culture of acceptance of low salaries in compensation for sub-standard work is setting in.
