      Great work/life balance; great flexibility; middle management was amazing.

      Cons

      Sometimes senior management seemed to be unavailable and disconnected from the team. The benefits weren’t that great.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
