      Cons

      Hard to advance in the company if you don't work in Virginia. Disconnect from Corporate HQ and Field Offices with forces on site with customers. Do not have a clue of day-to-day relationships with customers, only want good results on paper.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
