Pros
Senior Leadership, above site management is very strong. Compensation is good. Company willing to spend money on what is needed which is a plus.
Cons
Lack of Training. Everyone is also way to busy to provide help with anything beyond what they are required to do already. High turnover rate on the floor. Communication is poor between departments. Common to find out something that is required of you or your department last minute because another department doesn't communicate anything to you, Workload is difficult to handle as the expectations are high, but the lack of apporpriate personel is a problem so everyone is overloaded all the time.
